Atlantis Beach Club    I ‘discovered’ this gem by mistake when I got caught up in the ocean views and forgot to take my turn off on the road. But what a fabulous mistake to make. The beach club is gorgeous with an old boat dining and bar area, as well as several other dining areas along the expansive beach property. In keeping with the beachside location, there is a fun nautical theme, and a sparkling pool and bar flowing out over the ocean. I started with a fresh juice but was easily convinced to swap to an icy cold beer, followed by a luscious lunch.     With beach club parties a regular thing, make sure you follow them on FB and IG @atlantisbeachclub       Remember, just like Flores, this list is ever growing!
